We hope that you and your families are healthy and happy.

We are doing our VERY BEST to make you feel safe in our salon.

Please review our guidelines below in full to

ensure your appointment goes smoothly.

What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment

Our schedules will be adjusted for more time to accommodate sanitation and brief breaks for our staff. We will be operating at approximately 50% of staff at all times.

Please bear with us as this is a “new normal” for all of us. We will get through this together!

  • Due to current Illinois travel restrictions, we request your adherence to the advised quarantine time and/or necessary safety precautions based on your state(s) of travel before coming in to see us.

  • If you have an appointment and are feeling “off” or “under the weather “ please call or email us at and we will happily reschedule your appointment for another time. Please give us as much notice as humanly possible.

  • If you do not show up and you do not contact us prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full service amount.

  • Please understand that due to reduction of staff and additional safety restrictions in the salon we will be trying to accommodate as many guests as we safely can. Therefore, blow dry services will be limited. All hair cut services will include a blow dry. Hair color services may or may not include a blow dry based on capacity limitations. If we are at capacity, we will be unable to provide a blow dry service after your color. If we are under capacity, we will arrange a blow dry service after your color with one of our assistants.

  • If you are only receiving a haircut for your visit, arriving with washed and damp hair would be a huge help for us. Otherwise you will be shampooed by your stylist or an assistant.

  • We do understand that some of you will be taking public transportation/Uber/Lyft, etc. to get to us. Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

  • If we are at capacity in the salon, this will mean that you will have to wait outside until it is safe to enter the salon. Please plan for the weather.

  • When you arrive, please check in from outside or from your car by calling us. We have to make certain that your stylist is ready for you and that we have the correct number of people as mandated by the state in the salon before we allow you inside.

  • All guests are required to wear a mask upon arrival. We require masks that loop around your ears for access to your hair. Neck gaiters and masks that tie behind your head will prevent your colorist/stylist from doing your hair and should not be worn to your appointment.

  • Our doors will be locked at all times so that no one can just walk in. Our desk staff will let you in when we see you and that you are properly wearing a mask that covers BOTH your nose and mouth.

  • We will have disposable masks available for a small fee. We will hand it to you outside.

  • There will be hand sanitizer at the door. We kindly request that you use this upon entering. You will then be directed to the washroom for hand washing.

  • Please bring in minimal personal items. We want to keep things as clean and simple as possible.

  • Please wear clothes/t-shirts that you do not care about.

  • Please do not wear a hoodie or turtleneck/high neck garments, as this will get in the way of doing your hair and shampooing.

  • Absolutely NO guests, pets, or children are to accompany you to your appointment. We will be limited to a certain number of people in the room.

  • If a caregiver is necessary to get you to your appointment and must stay with you, please call and let us know in advance at the time you are making your appointment so that we can make special arrangements together.

  • To arrange no contact checkout, please call ahead during business hours to provide your credit card information. We will securely keep this information on file for you.

  • Tipping is preferred to be in the form of Venmo or Chase quick pay. Cash will be accepted as well. We will have tip envelopes available that you can give DIRECTLY to your stylist/colorist. You can NOT seal the envelope in any way.

  • Beverage service will be only limited to individual bottles of water, if necessary, as taking your mask off in the salon will be difficult to do. We ask that you refrain from bringing any outside food into the salon.

  • If you would like to purchase hair products only, we will be offering curbside pickup. Simply call ahead and you can pay via credit card over the phone. We will happily bring it outside to you.

  • We will be offering Safer at Home Color Kits for curbside pickup. Kits are meant for single process/root touch up color only and are not meant for highlights. Please inquire by emailing us at
